Hicha Joy is looking for an experienced and dedicated HSE Supervisor to oversee Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across our agricultural greenhouses and construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company policies
• Conduct inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Stop unsafe work and enforce corrective actions
• Investigate incidents and near misses
• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety awareness sessions
• Prepare HSE reports and maintain documentation

• Bachelor’s degree in HSE, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of HSE supervisory experience (agriculture/construction preferred)
• Strong knowledge of HSE standards and risk assessment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Hicha Joy is an agricultural company located in Gabès Governorate, specializing in the production of fresh cherry tomatoes.

We are committed to efficient and sustainable crop production and work closely with our field teams to ensure high-quality yields while applying modern agricultural practices.

We are looking for a motivated Junior Crop Manager to support daily crop management activities.

The successful candidate will work under the supervision of senior crop managers and assist in planning, monitoring, and maintaining crop production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing the climate, watering and controlling diseases and pests to adapt the climate settings and water supply to the needs of the plant and to realize a maximum kilo yield.
• Check climate settings and irrigation through graphs, Ec / Ph measurement, drain and gift measurement, substrate sampling etc.
• Perform plant measurements and compare them with the cultivation plan.
• Scouting, changing sulfer, counting cards
• Monitor crop health, growth, and field conditions
• Support irrigation, fertilization, and pest control programs
• Assist in drawing up a preventive and curative crop protection plan, pest control plan and hygiene plan in consultation with the upper management
• Walking cultivation service during the weekends to check the climate settings, these weekends are performed in turn.
• Collect field data, timely input it in different registration programs
• Assist in preparing forecasts on a weekly basis and in the long-term performing crop registration
• Responsible for the maintenance of tools (spraying equipment, sulfur evaporators, atomizers, personal protective equipment)
• Monitor quality control of labor, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standars
• Generate weekly reports for upper management
