{"id":5847,"date":"2026-03-03T20:54:58","date_gmt":"2026-03-03T20:54:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/hichajg.cluster121.hosting.ovh.net\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=5847"},"modified":"2026-03-21T12:42:57","modified_gmt":"2026-03-21T12:42:57","slug":"test","status":"expired","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/www.hichajoy.com.tn\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&p=5847","title":{"rendered":"Junior Crop Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Description de l&#8217;emploi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Hicha Joy&nbsp;<\/strong>is an agricultural company located in Gab\u00e8s Governorate, specializing in the production of fresh cherry tomatoes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are committed to efficient and sustainable crop production and work closely with our field teams to ensure high-quality yields while applying modern agricultural practices<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for a motivated&nbsp;<strong>Junior Crop Manager<\/strong>&nbsp;to support daily crop management activities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The successful candidate will work under the supervision of senior crop managers and assist in planning, monitoring, and maintaining crop production operations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Responsible for managing the climate, watering and controlling diseases and pests to adapt the climate settings and water supply to the needs of the plant and to realize a maximum kilo yield.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Check climate settings and irrigation through graphs, Ec \/ Ph measurement, drain and gift measurement, substrate sampling etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform plant measurements and compare them with the cultivation plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Scouting, changing sulfer, counting cards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor crop health, growth, and field conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Support irrigation, fertilization, and pest control programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in drawing up a preventive and curative crop protection plan, pest control plan and hygiene plan in consultation with the upper management<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Walking cultivation service during the weekends to check the climate settings, these weekends are performed in turn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collect field data, timely input it in different registration programs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Assist in preparing forecasts on a weekly basis and in the long-term performing crop registration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Responsible for the maintenance of tools (spraying equipment, sulfur evaporators, atomizers, personal protective equipment)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monitor quality control of labor, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standars<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Generate weekly reports for upper management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Exigences de l&#8217;emploi<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Technician Certificate in Agriculture, Crop Production<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good knowledge of crop management practices<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ready to work in field conditions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good organizational and communication skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Being analytical; able to interpret data to produce clear and concise reports<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good English skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Self motivated and improvement oriented<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Team player<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What We Offer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supportive, team-oriented, and safety-focused working environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Structured on-the-job training and close mentorship from experienced managers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear opportunities for professional growth and career advancement<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Description de l&#8217;emploi Hicha Joy&nbsp;is an agricultural company located in Gab\u00e8s Governorate, specializing in the production of fresh cherry tomatoes.
